Research - Trevor MOSLEY

Trevor MOSLEY - Trevor joined the NZSG in 2003 and attended his first conference in Hastings in 2004 at which he promptly joined the Māori Interest Group. Trevor’s Māori interests arise through his Māori grandmother who is Ngati Maniapoto. His marae [Tumutumu—also known as Tui Pa] is at Tui Pa on the outskirts of Te Aroha where his grandmother lived and is buried.  Through his mother’s cousins he also has links with Putiki Marae in Whanganui. Trevor’s paternal great grandparents arrived in Otago Harbour in 1848 on the first supply ship “John Wickliffe” and were notable in the development of South Otago.

Professionally, Trevor was an officer of the Department of Justice for 40 years as a Registrar of District and High Courts and a member of the Institute of Legal Executives. After retirement from the Courts, he was appointed as Clerk of the Presbytery of Auckland and headed the administration of the Presbyterian Church in Auckland for 10 years until a final retirement in 2010.

His wife, Beverley is a member of the NZSG and is the Convenor of the Scottish Interest Group. Bev is a fulltime private music teacher. Trevor and Bev have three daughters and a son.

Inactive Module

You should publish modules to the "inactive" position and set the Menus to "All", for them to show up on pages where there is no active menu ID. This is a bug/feature of Joomla that causes only menu items in the "All" setting to show up.
